4. “My output and productivity don’t determine my worth”.
5. “It’s okay if I ‘fail,’ I can try again to tomorrow” (btw there’s no such thing as failure if you choose to learn and do better next time).
6. “My voice has value. I have important things to say and the right people will listen when I say them.”
7. “Perfection is not my goal, authenticity is.”

9. “I am proud of myself for how far I’ve come and how far I’m going to go.”
