In the age of the COVID fifteen and delivery everything, it’s important to know the healthy options for delivery in NYC. Sometimes you just want to order $50 worth of Chinese food and sometimes you want to hit certain health and wellness goals and just have it show up on your doorstep for a small fee and a good tip to your delivery driver. In the city where anything is possible, so are healthy delivery options. Healthy is a relative term, so understand that there are different options for everyone. Healthy to you may be organic, grass-fed everything, or healthy to you might be low carb, high-protein, or healthy to you after a night out of drinking might just be whatever food you can get your hands on. We’ve done our best to compile the best options for everyone’s version of healthy because taking care of yourself from the inside out is important, especially in the middle of a global pandemic.

There are so many things that are utterly out of our control right now, so taking hold of the things that we can control, like how we love and show up for ourselves, is essential. Remember to be kind to yourself and to extend grace to your humanity on the days where you just need the pasta or the cheap Chinese food with six appetizers and a bottle of red wine. Sometimes just making it through the day by whatever means possible is enough of a feat. So wherever you are on your journey, we’re here with you and you have our support. For the days where you’re in search of a healthy meal to show up on your doorstep, come back to this list because we’ve listed the best healthy options right here. Let’s get started.

Ruby’s is another marvelous restaurant inspired by Australian cuisines, offering a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu with unmatched drinks and espresso. Ansley+Eudy.jpg

Ansley Eudy

Never passing up an opportunity for a laugh or a big hug, you can find Ansley, complete with her Atlanta accent and ray-of-sunshine-personality in Brooklyn.

Born and raised in Georgia, Ansley spent most of her early twenties living on the beautiful Florida panhandle and spent a little over a year in Charlotte, NC before finally planting her roots and her heart in Brooklyn. When she’s not behind-the-scenes for Girl and The, she’s very likely to be holding a baby somewhere, organizing a closet, or jogging in Prospect Park listening to her favorite trap music or psychology podcast.

Ansley brings attention detail, incredible penmanship, an obsession with streamlining processes and order to everything she touches, as well as a love for self-help and mental health. She’s a proponent of therapy and will encourage everyone she knows to never be afraid to ask for help or invest in their own wellness journey. Needless to say, she is an integral part of the team.
