Easy Holiday Cocktail (& Mocktail) Recipes

Nothing say holiday cheer like a festive beverage. Sparkling Ice makes for a fabulous mixer — with zero sugar, this flavored sparkling water makes for the perfect low-calorie mixer. I had a lot of fun mixing up some holiday cocktail recipes for your intimate, safe and pandemic friendly holiday gatherings.

Cranberry Apple Cider Cocktail

What You Need

2 oz tequila

3 oz pineapple juice

2 dashes orange bitters

2 oz Ginger Lime Sparkling Ice

Rosemary sprig, for garnish 

How to Make it

Add the tequila, pineapple juice, and orange bitters to a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass and top with Ginger Lime Sparkling Ice. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Cran-Apple Mule

What you’ll need:

4oz Sparkling Ice® Crisp Apple
4oz Sparkling Ice® Ginger Lime
1.5 oz Cranberry Vodka
1 Rosemary Sprig for Garnish
1-2 Pieces of Candied Ginger for Garnish

How to make it:

In a copper mug add Ice and vodka. Pour in both flavors of Sparkling Ice® and mix gently. Garnish with rosemary and candied ginger on a cocktail spear.

Cozy Hot Toddy

Ingredients

6 oz.  Crisp Apple SPARKLING ICE

1 ½ oz.  whisky or apple brandy

1 teaspoon honey

Cinnamon stick, allspice cloves, and apple slices for garnish

Directions

  1. Coat the bottom of a glass coffee cup with honey. Add whisky or brandy.

  2. Heat Crisp Apple Sparkling ICE in a small sauce pot.

  3. Pour hot Sparkling ICE into glass. Stir to combine ingredients.

  4. Garnish with cinnamon stick, allspice cloves, and apple slices.

Black Cherry Bourbon Sour

What you’ll need:

6oz Sparkling Ice® Black Cherry
1.5 oz Bourbon
.5 oz Lemon juice
Ice
Cherries

How to make it:

In an ice filled cocktail shaker add Bourbon and Lemon juice, shake until shaker is frosty. Pour over ice, top with Sparkling Ice Black Cherry and add a cherry for garnish.

Cranberry Frost Sangria

What you’ll need:

2 Bottles Sparkling Ice® Cranberry Frost
1 Bottle of champagne/white wine
1 1/2 Cups orange juice
1 Cup cranberries
1 Red apple
1 Orange
3 Cinnamon sticks

How to make it:

Place fresh cranberries, apple slices, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher. Pour the wine, orange juice, and cranberry juice over the fruit and cinnamon. Stir, and allow to chill for at least two hours for best flavor. In an ice filled (optional) glass pour sangria into glass. Garnish with an apple slice and orange peel.

Ginger Fizz

What You Need

2 oz tequila

3 oz pineapple juice

2 dashes orange bitters

2 oz Ginger Lime Sparkling Ice

Rosemary sprig, for garnish

How to Make it

Add the tequila, pineapple juice, and orange bitters to a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass and top with Ginger Lime Sparkling Ice. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Holiday Mockmosa

What you’ll need:

3 oz Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime
1 oz Orange Juice
2 oz sparkling wine or 1.5 oz vodka (optional)
1 Lemon Twist

How to make it:

Add 3 oz Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime and 1 oz Orange Juice into a champagne flute and stir. Add sparkling wine or vodka for the adults! Garnish with a Lemon Twist. Serve!
